Pricing
The price that I charge for breathwork sessions is in dialogue with the income level and financial situation of the people I work with. Money means very different things for different people, so instead of charging one flat price I offer three different payment tiers that I ask clients to choose from according to their current financial situation. Clients can self-select the price that they can afford, and I trust their decision.
The price for a session does not change depending on the length of the session; it's the same cost even if we go longer than planned.

Standard Rate
For those who can comfortably pay for their living expenses, such as housing, food, transportation, medicine, recreation, etc.
$100/
session
Reduced Rate
This rate is for you if you cannot afford to pay the $150/session rate comfortably.
$199/

Redistribution Rate
For those who can afford it, which helps me offer heavily discounted rates for folks who cannot afford to pay much for a session.
I recommend trying at least three breathwork sessions, and then from there deciding if you'd like to continue with more. Clients typically have more familiarity with breathwork and how to navigate their experiences in a session after 5 or 6 sessions.
I will ask you how many sessions you'd like to start with and how frequently you want to meet during our first call, and we can change this any time if you change your mind.
Please let me know if you want to start working together but cannot afford any of the price tiers listed above. I'm open to further reduced pricing or barter in certain circumstances.
Policies
Payment
I will send you an invoice through email within 24 hours of our session, and ask that you complete your payment within 48 hours of our session. If you are not able to do this, please give me a heads up so that I'm aware.
Cancellation
I charge the full cost of a session if you cancel your session the same day that we're scheduled to have it. If you cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled session, I charge half the price of the session. If it's an emergency, then I won't charge anything. If we're able to reschedule your appointment within a few days, I also won't charge anything.
Confidentiality
I hold everything that comes up in a breathwork session, including your personal history, confidentially. If I need to share details of our session or ask questions to my supervision team, I will use your first name only.
