Pathway
Each week we explore a different theme involving connection from a different angle. The pathway we go through is broken into three parts, each part lasting one month. You can sign up for one part, two parts, or the full three-part journey on the registration form.
Each section builds on the one that came before it:
We begin our journey with the trick of turning on all of our senses, and getting used to the experience of increased connection that doing so provides.
This week, we explore patterns of connection, both our own habits of relating and what we can learn from the connections that occur all around us.
This week, we explore the transformative opportunities presented by disconnection, when we are able to recognize that it's happening.
Week 4
The Integration Week: A Time for Reflecting
During the last week of each section of the program, we have an integration week where no new content gets sent out. For this week, participants reflect on what they tried during part 1 and make creative presentations to the group about what they learned.
This week, we do a personal exploration of the limitations of our awareness, and thus connection ability, and who falls outside of it in our normal perception.
This week, we connect with those we have exiled: the humans and non-humans we are not typically connected with, to see what awaits us there.
This week, we connect with the dead ones: the inanimates we are intimately surrounded by and who support and sustain our lives.
Week 8
The Integration Week: A Time for Reflecting
During the last week of each section of the program, we have an integration week where no new content gets sent out. For this week, participants reflect on what they tried during part 2 and make creative presentations to the group about what they learned.
This week, we orient to experiencing everything brought into the field of our awareness as an opportunity to increase our sense of connection.
This week, we connect to the invisible supports that influence our lives, who may have been cut out of our contemporary sense of what is real.
We close by learning how to perceive from an internal "essence perspective," and the consistent sense of connection that doing so provides.
Week 12
The Integration Week: A Time for Reflecting
During the last week of each section of the program, we have an integration week where no new content gets sent out. This week, participants reflect on what they tried during part 3 and make creative presentations to the group about what they learned.
This life is our playground and death our nighttime
We must play returning at night empty handed and tired
