Strategy, Culture,

& Systems


Time: 1-3 months (negotiable)


Focus: This is a service to support organizations to zoom out and do a general, big-picture check-in. We will be clarifying and phasing out the strategic direction for your organization, how to align your operational practices to your internal values, and conducting an intentional reflection/evaluation of the culture that's taken root at your organization.


Once we've clarified these things, I accompany you in designing and maintaining the systems and practices that will support your goals and the adjustments you want to make to come to life.


Process generally includes:

  • Interviews with leadership and staff
  • Assessment of current goals and culture
  • Strategic visioning session with creative brainstorming practices
  • Facilitated discussion of issues and options


Deliverables generally include:

  • Customized tools to track and check-in on organizational progress
  • List of recommended practices, structures, and systems/rituals
  • Short report summarizing findings and patterns


Impact Management


Time: 1-6 months (negotiable)


Focus: Kickstart or refine your impact initiatives by setting goals and targets around your social, environmental, worker/governance, and community impact. Address a neglected area of your organization's impact, return to/evaluate your thinking around how your company or organization relates to its impact, or zoom out and start fresh around your approach to impact.


I also design, facilitate, and manage impact measurement and evaluation processes for discrete projects. This is relevant for organizations that want to hire someone to be the lead responsible person for managing a project's impact measurement and evaluation for a set period of time.

Process generally includes:

  • Interviews with leadership and staff to collect impact data and clarify goals
  • Stakeholder interviews with partners, customers or participants, Board members or investors as requested
  • Facilitated meetings with various members of staff/departments to understand what is currently happening and identify areas for improvement
  • Facilitated meetings with staff responsible for project or impact to assess needs and create accountability supports


Deliverables generally include:

  • Customized tools to track and check-in on company, project, or initiative impact
  • Compiled suggestions for improvement areas sourced from the organization's stakeholders directly
  • Accountability mechanisms to support ongoing connection to and management of impact across departments or team members


Team Visioning Session


Time: 2-6 hours (negotiable)


Focus: Incorporate your team into the strategic direction of your organization by conducting an employee visioning session. These sessions include creative time and space for employees to review and reflect on the organization's current impact, imagine into new possibilities, and share/react to ideas with each other.

Process generally includes:

  • Short recap presentation of organization's impact (to date, over the past year, etc..)
  • Facilitated open discussion reflecting on current impact
  • Guided breathwork session visioning into how impact could be expanded, in what directions
  • Individual reflection time
  • Shareback and group discussion reacting to what was shared


Deliverables generally include:

  • Compiled list of ideas for ways to expand impact collected from staff
