Hi, I'm Em. I offer the breathwork sessions, programs, and gatherings of Everyday Aliveness either solo or in collaboration with others.

I'm inspired by the belief that there is always more (parts of ourselves, groups of people, types of beings) that we can be connected to. That there is more aliveness awaiting our awareness when we can "go there" and explore what's happening inside of us. No matter what we find there.

My deeper desire is to counteract the vast spectrum of disconnection that has become normalized in so much of daily life in ways that feel simple, expansive, inspiring, and genuinely possible. Like breathing!

I created Everyday Aliveness as a response to the subtle ways domination and disconnection can sneak into our lives to warp our world view and relationships. This is a place to celebrate and practice aliveness. May each time we do so be a remembering, a shedding, a joyous choice, and a tiny revolution in its own right.
